Ben Nevis 10-year-old

Founded in 1825 at the foothills of the highest mountain of the British Isles and named after the same mountain 'Ben Nevis', which also provides a pure and continuous source of spring clean water for the stills. In 1989 the distillery was purchased by the Japanese Whiskey company Nikka and has remained in their hands since. This particular bottle is noted with aromas of apricot jam, freshly cut oranges and dark chocolate with just a whiff of wood smoke, the palate is heavy with cocoa, oranges, nutmeg and pepper with a medium long finish of orange, chocolate, and aromatic tobacco .
